名古屋の運送会社 早紀NESS - 業界未経験から始めた私たちの挑戦と成長への道のり
sakiness運送業のことを何も知らないところからスタートした私は、2024年2月に早紀NESSを設立しました。「自分らしく前向きに生きる」という社是には、業界の常識にとらわれない新しい物流の形を創りたいという私の想いを込めています。パレット、パイロン、アイドリングストップなど、基本的な用語さえ分からない状態からのスタートでしたが、だからこそ、従業員の目線に立った会社づくりができると信じています。
人を育てる会社づくり
全員で成長する組織へ
私自身が業界未経験者だからこそ、新入社員の不安な気持ちが痛いほど分かります。「バディサポート制度」を導入したのも、その経験があったからです。新人一人に先輩一人がつくこの制度により、約9割の社員が未経験からスタートできています。
教育期間も一律ではありません。早い方で2週間、じっくり学びたい方なら2ヶ月と、個人の習熟度に合わせています。特に「報・連・相」の徹底には私自身がこだわっており、従来の運送業界でよく見られた「上司に言いづらい」「なぜ部下は言ってくれないんだろう」という課題を、このバディ制度で解決しています。
資格取得は会社の責任
私は現場の気持ちを理解するために、大型免許・リフト免許を取得し、運行管理者の資格も取得しました。「学び続けることで、より良い物流サービスを提供できる」、これは私の強い信念です。
免許取得については、教習所不足という業界課題もありますが、会社として全面的にサポートしています。

夏場の2リットルスポーツドリンクの支給は、現場の必要性から始めました。熱中症対策は安全運転に直結すると考えているからです。インフルエンザワクチンの家族への無料接種も同じ考えです。家族の健康があってこその安全運転。安全靴の年1回支給やガソリンカードの提供なども、現場の声を聞いて実現した制度です。

「従業員300人の大家族を作る」これは私の夢です。特に託児所完備の社員寮計画は、共働きやシングルペアレントの方々が安心して働ける環境づくりの第一歩だと考えています。10年勤続者への100万円支給も、長く働ける会社でありたいという私の想いの形です。

絶対の安全を目指して
「数十年に1回の事故も、絶対に起こしてはいけない」これは私の絶対的な信念です。
5つの安全原則を定めたのも、この思いからです。
- 眠気を感じたら即停止：これは譲れません。眠気を我慢して運転する事故は必ず防げるはずです。
- 交差点での確実な安全確認：減速と左右確認は、私が現場で学んだ基本中の基本です。
- 法定速度の厳守：急いでいても守る。これも私の譲れない原則です。
- 5秒間の車間距離：実は他社より厳しい基準ですが、安全のためには必要だと確信しています。
- バック時の指差呼称：私も実践していますが、これで多くの事故が防げます。
これらの原則を、デジタルタコグラフによる運転の可視化と点数化で客観的に評価。
さらに、乗車前後の点呼で日々の安全意識を高めています。
地域との絆
名古屋市港区で事業を営む者として、地域貢献は欠かせません。事業所周辺の清掃活動や雑草除去など、地域美化活動にも積極的に取り組んでいます。物流企業として、限りある資源の再利用も重要なテーマ。日々の業務の中で発生する様々な物品の再利用を積極的に提案・実施しています。

未経験でも本当に働けますか？

私が最高の実例です。運送業界のことを全く知らない状態から始めました。今では従業員の約9割が未経験からのスタート。なぜなら、優れた人材は経験ではなく、その人の心にあると信じているからです。研修期間も個人に合わせて2週間から2ヶ月。一人一人の成長に合わせたプログラムを用意しています。
