運送業界に対する一般的なイメージは、残念ながらまだまだ「きつい、危険、汚い」といったネガティブなものが多いのが現実です。しかし、実際に私たちの仕事を間近で見て、社員と直接交流していただくことで、このイメージは大きく変わります。
地域のお祭りでの腕相撲対決では、多くの地域住民の方々が「運送会社の人って、こんなに明るくて親しみやすいんですね」「若い方が多いんですね」といった感想を寄せてくださいました。平均年齢32歳という早紀NESSの若さと活力を直接感じていただけたことは、業界のイメージアップにもつながったと考えています。

今回のお祭り参加では、若手ドライバーを中心とした社員が主体的に企画から参加まで取り組みました。準備段階から当日の運営まで、みんなで協力して一つの目標に向かって取り組む経験は、職場でのチームワーク向上にも大きく寄与しています。
