sakiness名古屋市港区で運送業を営む私たち早紀NESSでは、株式会社トーマ東海様が主催される月2回の野球活動への参加から、サッカー部・野球部・スノーボード部といった部活動、そして家族で楽しめる「子供農園」まで、充実した活動を通じて職場の絆を深めています。

私たち早紀NESSは、親会社であるトーマ東海様の野球活動に参加しています。
月2回、日曜日に開催されるこの活動は、私にとって非常に良い機会となっています。
従業員が一つのチームとして汗を流すことで、業務上の連携も自然と深まることを実感しています。また、日曜日の開催により家族も応援に参加でき、会社の枠を越えたコミュニティづくりにもなっています。トーマ東海様との良好な関係性により、このような活動に参加できています。
充実したスポーツ環境
トーマ東海様では、サッカー部と野球部をはじめ、冬季にはスノーボード部も活動されており、私たちも参加しています。今後は卓球部やバスケットボール部の新設も検討されているとのことで、多様なスポーツ体験の機会があります。
活動に必要なユニフォームや道具は用意があるため、未経験者や興味があるだけの方でも、身一つで新しいスポーツに挑戦できる環境が整っています。経済的な負担を気にすることなく、純粋にスポーツを楽しむことができる点が魅力です。
