私が見た現場の実態
名古屋市港区で運送業を始めて約1年。この1年で痛感したのは、単なる人手不足という表現では語り切れない、業界全体の構造的な課題です。特に名古屋港周辺では、製造業の物流需要が高く、ドライバー不足が深刻化しています。実際、当社にも「運べる事業者が見つからない」という相談が増えています。
